Troubleshooting the Mobile 3,200 Follow

The first step in all troubleshooting on Omnicharge products is to attempt a full calibration of the unit. This is done by first depleting the battery until it shuts itself off, followed by an overnight charge. (How to Calibrate your Omnicharge)

If you are having trouble recharging your Omnicharge, first try to use a different charging cable and a different AC adapter. You can try using the charger from for example a phone or tablet to recharge the Omnicharge.

If you are still unable to recharge, try charging the Omni overnight, as this might be caused by over depletion of the battery cells. This should only occur if the Omnicharge has been left in a depleted state for an extended period of time. This process has been known to be successful in some cases after multiple attempts. If it does not work after the first attempt, unplug the charger, wait 5 minutes and plug it back in for an additional charging attempt. 

Note: Remember to charge your Omnicharge periodically when not in use. We recommend fully charging every 3-4 months.
